mirror
image resize 75% all layers not checked
move her to the left against the edge

Image resize 50% - mirror
move to the right down in the corner
in the blend mode on  hard light

in your color palette put the back ground on gradient  0-3 - linair and foreground closed

type waiting for x-mas
promote to raster layer
drop shadow 5-5-60-5-je red color
move up to the middle

Image - add borders
1 red, 1 black, 1 red,  25 black, 1 red, 1 black, 1 red

select with your magic wand the border from 25 pix.

Effects - distortion effects wave
all on 1  red color

merge all layers (flatten)
Image - add borders 1 red
Image resize 650 width
Save as JPEG
