Duplicate  raster 3 the flower layer
Layers - Arrange - Move up
Merge down

Effects - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow - default
Effects - FM Tools - Blend Emboss - default
Effects - filters Unlimeted 2.0 -Paper Textures - Fibrous Paper, Coarse 27-128
Image resize 75% all layers not checked

Open frame_1 copy and paste as new layer

With magic wand select the middle from the frame
Selections - Modify - Expand 3

 New raster layer
Copy pink_wisdom_designs and paste into selection
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Select none
Layers - Arrange - Move down

Activate your frame layer
Merge down
Free rotate 15 right
Image resize 85%
Move the frame a little to the right

Open cris_brown_wisdom_designs copy and paste as new layer
Image resize 60%
Move him to the left

Activate text tool and choose an nice font
Foreground color back on color
and type your text
Convert to raster layer

duplicate your text layer
Effects - Distortion effects -wind-left 100
Merge down
Drop shadow -5,-7,50,8,black

Image - add bordersn
2 light, 2 dark, 2 light, 20 white

Select the white border with magic wand
and food fill with gradient
Effects - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow - default
Effects - Edge effects - Enhance more
Repeat Enhance more
Select none

New raster layer and add your watermark
Image resize 650 pixels width
Save as JPEG
