Slide to the upper right on top of the checked frame

Slide to the upper left on top of the checked frame

With lasso tool select 1 from the buttons
and copy
and paste as new layer

Slide it on top of the frame on the upper corner

Move the needle on a nice spot

We are going to put it on one of the buttons so it looks like its stitched there
Free rotate 22 left
Activate raster deform tool and make it smaller so it fits in the holes from the button

Close the bottom layer and merge the other layers visible
Open and activate the bottom layer
new raster layer
Choose a light and dark blue from your image
activate airbrush and put a few lines here and there on your image
choose the settings yourself
you can put small and wide stripes, what ever you want.
