and paste as new layer

In the next 3 steps you can put the backgrounds in a way you like

paste as new layer
move to the upper right
Drop shadow 6-6-75-3-black

Back to scrapkit-psp4you-blacksilver and copy achtergrond3
and paste as new layer
move to the middle
Drop shadow 6-6-75-3-black

Back to scrapkit-psp4you-blacksilver and copy achtergrond4
and paste as new layer
move to left under
Drop shadow 6-6-75-3-black

Back to scrapkit-psp4you-blacksilver and copy frame
and paste as new layer
Image - resize 120% all layers not checked
 Drop shadow -6,6,75,6,zwart

Activate magic wand and select the middle from the frame
Selections - modify - expand  5

New raster layer
Open GG08~PrettyWoman_003* copy and paste into selection

Foreground color on black
Effects - artistic effects - hot wax coating
move under left against the frame

Activate raster 6 and select again the middle from the frame
selection - modify - expand with 5
activate top layer
New raster layer and paste into selection -  select none
move her to down against the edge with the elbows outside the frame
Image resize110% all layers not checked and move her back on the under edge from the frame 
layers - merge - merge down

Back to scrapkit-psp4you-blacksilver and copy gescheurd
and paste as new layer
mirror
Image - resize 65% all layers not checked
move into the right corner a little outside your image
Drop shadow -6,6,75,6,zwart

Back to scrapkit-psp4you-blacksilver and copy ringen
and paste as new layer
mirror
move on top of the corner
Activate raster deform tool and make a little bit smaller and turn it a little bit

Activate raster 8 (the corner)
Activate selection tool oval and select the middle from the circles
Hit delete 
Select none
Activate top layers (with the rings)
layers - merge - merge down

Activate raster 5 
Back to scrapkit-psp4you-blacksilver and copy stiksel zeilver
and paste as new layer
move a little to the right on your paper
selection rectangle
select the stiksel that comes out under the frame and hit delete 
select none

Paste as new layer
Free rotate 90 left
Move up on the same paper as the other one a little outside your image

duplicate layer and move on the same paper down

Activate top layer
Back to scrapkit-psp4you-blacksilver and copy hartje
and paste as new layer
move up to the right
Duplicate 2x and move them under each other

layers - merge - merge down 2x 
Drop shadow -6,6,75,6,black

and paste as new layer
Drop shadow -6,6,75,6,black
move left on the paper

and paste as new layer
Drop shadow 6-6-75-6-zwart
move to the under left corner

Back to scrapkit-psp4you-blacksilver and copy div bloem
and paste as new layer
duplicate - merge down
move to the left on top of the frame

and paste as new layer
attach to the flower under
merge down

Image - resize 85% all layers not checked
move a little up to the left

paste as new layer
Image - resize 75% all layers not checked
move the needle on the corner

Activate selection rectangle and select a bit of the needle
Hit delete
select none

Activate raster 12
Back to scrapkit-psp4you-blacksilver and copy takstkaartje
and paste as new layer
move this under the balls
Effects - edge effects - enhance

New raster layer and put your name or watermark on the tag  
Layers - merge - merge all (flatten)
Image resize 650 width
Save as JPEG
