Move a little to the edge under
Mirror - luminante (Legacy) - Merge layers visible

Activate raster Deform tool and turn a little so the flowers end up on the corner

Drop shadow 6-6-50-6-black

Free rotate 25 right
and pull this layer under raster 1
Activate top layer and merge down
