use these settings

duplicate your layer and activate raster 2
effects - texture effects - mosaic -antique

adjust - sharpness - sharpen

activate the top layer and put the opacity on 78
 adjust - sharpness - sharpen
 merge down

activate preset shape - oval

close background layer
with these settings

 make an oval around the bows
new raster layer

open je text tool
I used A&S Black Swan
size 72
width 2
light color in the background
go with the mouse over the edge until you see a cross with an A and click
you can type your text
I pulled my text a little out
promote to raster layer

 activate vector 1 and delete this layer

activate top layer
and open JB_Evill_Kid_girl8
copy and paste as new layer
don't move it

give the tube a drop shadow from
5-5-50-5- your dark color

new raster layer and add your watermark
merge layers visible
save as png
