new raster layer and open your template Chaned_Template_By_pink_Kitty
 copy raster 3, Hue and saturation - colorize 248-139
copy and paste as new layer on your sheet
duplicate this layer
adjust - sharpness - sharpen - merge down  - flip

copy raster 3 of your template and paste as new layer on your sheet
Select all-float- defloat
new raster layer and flood fill with red - select none
remove raster 3 of your sheet now
set the layer opacity to 72

copy of your template merged (the raster above raster 5) and

Paste as new layer on your sheet
Select the 3 gray borders with your magic wand

set your foreground to gradient
angle 1 and repeats at 100
Invert checked
radial
and flood fill your selection with the gradient
Select None

Now select the middle gray  and flood fill it again with your gradient
leave selection intact and flip
Select None
effects - edge effects - enhance

copy and paste as new layer on your sheet
adjust-sharpness-sharpen

Paste as new layer on your sheet
image resize 80% all layers not checked
move it in your left frame

image resize 40%
free rotate 30 right
effects-edge effects-enhance
move in the upper left of the roundness
take a look at my picture where to place  it

copy music note and paste as new layer on your sheet
adjust-sharpness- sharpen more

image resize with 60% all layers not checked

change gradient to;

repeats 3
Invert not checked
sunburst
the rest on 50

 merge all layers (Flatten)
