Selection - modify - contract with 2
Flood fill with gradient
Select none

Change your gradient to 45-3-linair- Invert checked

New raster layer
Selection - load from disk
  selectie_hokjes_wisdom_designs
Flood fill with dark color
Selection - modify - selection contract with 2
Flood fill with gradient
Select none

Put your foreground color back in your palette
Activate your text tool with these settings

Type your text
Convert to raster layer

Switch your colors
Dark color as foreground color
Activate your text tool again and click ok
Convert to raster layer
Put it exactly on your other text

Now you have 2 text layers en 2 layers with blocks and your background

Activate raster 3 , your first text layer
Layers - arrange - move down
Merge down

Activate your top layer, your second text layer
Merge down

Activate your bottom layer
and close your top layer
Copy merged

Open animation shop and paste as new animation

Back to PSP and close the middle layer and open your top layer
Copy merged

Back to animation shop paste after current frame

Edit - Select all
animation-frame properties on 25
Save as gif
