Paste into selection - Select none
Effects - filter unlimited 2.0 - Edges, Square - Square Edge 03

Copy from scrapkit water element frame 1
Paste as new layer
Image resize 1x 75% en 1x 85% all layers not checked

Activate raster Deform tool and pull out the frame to both sides
Adjust - Sharpness -Sharpen
effects - Edge effects - Enhance

Activate magic wand and select the middle from the  frame
Selections - Modify - Expand 2
Copy from scrapkit water element image 8
New raster layer and paste into selection - select none
Pull this layer under your frame layer

Paste as new layer
Image resize 65% all layers not checked
Move to the right in the under corner with the frame

Free rotate 20 left so you wont see the opening 
Opacity on 73

Activate top layer
Copy Bratz10
Paste as new layer
Image resize 140% all layers not checked
Move down to the left
Drop shadow 4-4-40-4-black
Adjust - Sharpness -Sharpen

Copy from scrapkit water element ribbons
Paste as new layer
move it under the f frame
Activate raster deform tool and make it a little smaller
Pull this layer under your tube layer
Opacity on 78

Copy from scrapkit water element bow 2
Paste as new layer
Mirror
 Image resize 50% all layers not checked
Move it on top of the  ribbon on the right side

Activate selection pentagon
On the right side select the blue ribbon
Hit delete  - select none
Make an selection on the right side on the blue ribbon and hit delete again

Mirror - in the blend mode on doge and move into your frame up to the right
Duplicate a few times and spread it in the frame

Move to the right side from the frame
