Open a new sheet 650x650 and flood fill with your foreground color.

Open your mask and  minimize.

Layers - Add mask from image.

invert mask data checked.

 

Layers - merge - merge group.

Adjust - sharpen - sharpness.

activate your selection tool rectangle with these settings.

make an selection in your left upper corner, and flood fill with your dark color.

adjust - add noise

selections - modify - contract.

flood fill with your light color.

selections - modify - contract with 10.

Flood fill with your gradient.

Merge down 2x

duplicate this layer.

Flip - mirror - merge down.

new raster layer

selection load from disk.

look for your selection ineke_wisdomdesigns

flood fill with your dark color.

leave selection intact

Effects - 3D effects - Inner bevel with these settings

Select none.

Layers - arrange - move down

Activate your top layer

Copy your tube and paste as new layer.

Move her ontop of the retangle under, so it looks as she is sitting on top of there.

Give her an drop shadow.

Activate raster 2

With your magic wand select the middle oval.

Effects - filters Unlimited 2.0 - Penta com - Color dot

Keep selection intact.

Lower the opacity to 95.

Select none.

Activate the top layer with the tube.

Duplicate this layer.

Activate the original tube layer.

Adjust - Blur - gaussian blur.

effects - distortion effects - wind.

Layers - merge - merge visible layers.

Activate your text tool.

I used these settings

and write your text.

convert to raster layer. Move the text in the upper rectangle.

you can also put an text or your name in the under rectangle if you would like too.

give it an drop shadow

 

Repeat drop shadow with the same settings.

New raster layer and add your watermark.

Layers - merge - merge visible layers.

Save as PNG.
