Free Rotate 90 right
pull this layer under your other layer
close this layer and your top layer
and merge the other layers visible

Open your text tool
choose with your eyedropper a light color from your image for the background
and a dark color for the foreground
and choose a font of your choice
make sure that the direction of the arrow is down 
now place your name on the label or you watermark

put your arrow for the direction of the text back
