mirror and move to the upper left

2 dark, 2 light, 2 dark, 10 white
 select this border with magic wand

background on gradient
linear 19-4 and flood fill the selected white border with the gradient

effects - Graphics Plus - cross Shadow default
effects - distortions effects - pixelate both on 20

new raster layer and add your  watermark

2 light, 2 dark

activate selection rectangle tool and select the image outside the borders

and choose a font

type Happy Holidays
promote to raster layer
drop shadow 5-5-60-5
merge all layers (flatten)

activate lasso tool and select the parts you would like to bling

effects -Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation
 tab settings choose A few small Stars
use these settings

select none

copy your image and open animation shop

paste as new animation

back to  PSP and undo last command 2x

repeat the filter with random seed on 8400

select none

back to animation shop and paste after selected frame
now you can look at your animation and save as GIF
