1 pixel with 8e426b
25 pixels with white
1 pixel with 8e426b

Open the image you minimized at the beginning from this lesson copy and paste in selection on your sheet

Adjust - blur - motion blur

New raster layer and add your watermerk

Layers - merge - merge all (flatten)

save as JPEG
