activate magic wand and select the inside of the border

back to your sheet and paste into selection
in the blend mode on soft light
leave selection intact

new raster layer and paste into selection
 in the blend mode on soft light
Select None
merge all visible layers

copy again pspDesignersclub_68 * and paste as new layer on your sheet
mirror and move down to the left

back to your scrapkit4_psp4you and copy raster 4
activate your merged layer and paste as new layer
move it a little to the bottom
 drop shadow  5-5-50-5-black
duplicate this layer and flip
Merge down

back to your scrapkit4_psp4you and copy ster_lijn_psp4you
back to your sheet and paste as new layer
 drop shadow 5-5-50-5-black
move to the right 
with your raster deform tool pull this above and below to oppose the edges
duplicate-mirror- merge down 2 x

back to your scrapkit4_psp4you and copy tekst_3_psp4you
back to your sheet and paste as new layer
image resize 65% all layers not checked
move it to the top-right along the star

back to your scrapkit4_psp4you and copy bloem2_psp4you
back to your sheet and paste as new layer
move to the right on the corner of the border
take a look at my example
duplicate this layer
image resize 85% all layers not checked
and move it a little to the left and under
Merge down and give the same drop shadow as before

back to your sheet and paste as new layer
free rotate left 10- flip
and move down to a nice place on your edge

activate freehand lasso tool and select the outer portion of the paper clip and press delete
take a look at my example

 merge all layers (Flatten)
promote background layer
image resize 90% all layers not checked
Select all contract with 39 -
Invert Selection
effects-distortion effects-wave
everything on 1 and transparent
give the same drop shadow as previously only the color on 9d341c

new raster layer add your watermark in the middle box of your three surfaces

Merge down

duplicate this now 2 x
activate your bottom layer
free rotate 10 links
activate the middle layer
free rotate 10 right

Merge layers visible
back to your scrapkit4_psp4you and copy bloem_psp4you
back to your sheet and paste as new layer
image resize 80% all layers not checked
move down to the edge
take a look at my example

back to your scrapkit4_psp4you and copy raster 5
back to your sheet and paste as new layer-flip
free rotate 20 right
take your selection-rectangle and select a part from the layer and press Delete button
 select none-Merge visible
with your raster deform tool you can stretch the image somewhat to the sides if you like
Save as PNG
