in blend mode on Exclusion

Move down to the left

Activate your selection tool and select the part from the trouser where the flower comes thru
Hit delete once
Also select the leg from the chair where the flower comes thru. Hit delete once.
Select none

Layers - Merge - Merge visible
Copy your Image

Image - Add borders
1dark, 2 light, 1 dark, 25 light

Select the edge from 25 pix with magic wand
paste into selection

copy and paste as new layer
Image -  resize 65% all layers not checked
Move a little down to the right

Place your text up in the left corner
Drop shadow 3-3-30-1-black

Merge all layers (flatten)
