duplicate
Adjust - Blur - Gaussians blur 40

4-35-dark color All checked
layers - arrange - move down

Activate your top layer with the flower
Drop shadow 5-5-25-3-black

Activate the layer with the bubbles
opacity on 39
pull this layer above raster 1

Image - resize 65%
move to the left

Selections - promote selection to layer

layers -  arrange - move down

17activate your top layer
merge down
drop shadow same settings as before

new raster layer
add your watermark
layers - merge - merge all (flatten)
Image - resize  650 width
save as JPEG
