with magic wand select the inside off the ellipse
New raster layer
Open Kinkade Hometown Memories1, copy and paste into selection
Opacity on 79
Select none
Layers - Arrange - Move up

Activate top layer
Open jet-woman22-december-2007, copy and paste as new layer
Image - resize 50%

Move her a little to the right
see my Image for placement

Drop shadow default

Preset shapes - Ellipse
Draw an ellipse on top of your other ellipse
same size

New raster layer
activate text tool
Choose a nice font
go left over your preset shape until you see an A
click once
now you can write your text
convert to raster layer

Delete the 2nd preset layer

New raster layer and add your watermark
 Merge all layers (flatten)

Image - Add borders
1 dark
2 light
