Move up to the right corner

Duplicate this layer

and move it to the left corner down

move to the left down
drop shadow 1-1-60-1-zwart

move it up

move it under your previous one

Open your text tooltool and choose a font
close your foreground color, and choose a backgroundcolor from your Image 
Type your text and give it a nice place
if you want you can give it a drop shadow

New raster layer and add your watermark

Merge all layers and save as  JPEG
